Leaders don’t just fall into companies – they need to be identified, supported and promoted. And, with increased competition in the marketplace there is increased competition for both emerging and established leaders. A recent WSJ article noted “demand across industries for female talent is strong…and they are beginning to set their own rules.” How do companies keep and mature employees with high leadership potential? This panel will discuss these challenges and share their insights into how to spot potential leaders, how to provide the opportunities to draw out and develop leadership skills and then, perhaps most important, how to keep these leaders engaged.
