Presently Stephanie is the VP Interactive Platform, Cablevision Systems Corp.   At Cablevision she is responsible for developing technology and infrastructure to support Video On Demand and Subscription Video On Demand as well as advanced interactive applications for Digital Television and Broadband. Most recent responsibilities at Cablevision include building the content management, and publishing systems for the interactive television platform that Cablevision has deployed with Sony and SA boxes. Stephanie is pioneering the deployment of advanced advertising applications that include telescoping, targeting and VOD dynamic insertion.

In her ten years at Cablevision Stephanie Has worked on launching the content platform for Cablevision’s broadband cable modem business as well as to develop e-commerce to support on-line distribution of modems.    Prior to Cablevision Stephanie was President and CEO of IRT Inc., a consulting company that worked on a variety of product development projects and assisted with the launch of IBM Internet division for Technology Solutions Inc.   Before that Stephanie spent five years running the electronic warfare division of Digital Signal Corporation where she developed kill assessment technology for the United States Navy and Air force.  Stephanie holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University in New York.

Stephanie teaches as a guest lecturer “Advanced Technologies for Business Applications” and “Technology Innovation in Business” at NYU / Stern Graduate School.

20050278375 - Asset management system and associated methods  A method and apparatus prepare an asset for placement on a server, the asset including a media file and corresponding metadata elements. The media file is received, and it is automatically determined whether all required metadata elements are associated with the received media file. If all of the required metadata elements are not associated with the received media file, it is determined which of the required metadata elements are missing, and the missing metadata elements are required to be added before the asset is placed on the server.

September 2003, Emmy award from the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, Best Interactive television platform iO Interactive Television.

October 2003, Emmy award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Technology and Engineering Emmy Awards: Outstanding Achievement in Advanced Media Technology for the Creation of Non-Traditional Programs or Platforms for iO Interactive Optimum Digital Cable.
