Pat Crull, Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for Time Warner Cable, has accountability for the corporate Learning and Organization Development functions.
Ms. Crull is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. from Northwestern University. She has spent her professional life helping businesses and industries improve their performance. Her first endeavor began with Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). She was Associate Partner responsible for management development, executive (partner) development and training methodology. In 1991, she joined Baxter Healthcare and served as Vice President of the Baxter Institute for Training and Development before joining McDonald’s Corporation in 1995. From 1995 until 2002, Pat was Vice President and Officer in Charge of Worldwide Training, Learning and Development. She joined Toys “R” Us, Inc. in January 2003, where she served as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer in charge of Training, Learning and Development for the corporation. She and her team were responsible for the design and delivery of training globally. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, she was the Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for TIAA-CREF in Charlotte. She was responsible for Learning and Development for the corporation as well as Talent Management and succession planning.
Ms. Crull currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Board for ACT, Editorial Advisory Board for Chief Learning Officer magazine and was recently honored by the Executive Women of New Jersey with their Salute to the Policy Makers award. Past involvement in professional organizations and community include Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Society of Training and Development; International Advisory Group of American Society for Training and Development Benchmarking Forum; Board of Trustees, Alder School in Chicago; Co-Chair of Conference Board Council of Development, Education and Training; President of the Board of Directors, Tri City Family Services, a not-for-profit counseling service; Advisory Board, Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital; Vice President, Board of Directors, Fox Valley Hospice; Board of Directors, Kane County Legal Aid Society; Corporate Gift Committee, Morton Arboretum; and Corporate Development Advisory Council for Board of Directors, Mint Museums.
