Beth Ann Halvorson is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts in the Wholesale Division of Qwest Communications. The strategic segment of Wholesale includes all of the wireless, ISP and cable accounts in addition to AT&T, Sprint and Verizon. Her office is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Beth began her career as a Service Representative with Northwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1970. She has held positions in every major functional area of the telecommunications business. Those positions included assignments as the Vice President of Wholesale Major Markets, Regional Executive Director, Public Policy for U S WEST Communications; Executive Director, Marketing for U S WEST Business & Government Services; Executive Director, Strategic Planning and Vice President, U S WEST Exchange Carrier Services.
Beth is a native of the Twin Cities and a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and a Masters of Business Administration. Beth is currently a Board member of the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA). She is a former Board member of both the Minnesota Orchestra and The Children’s Theater Company and served as a mentor for Menttium.
Beth is very active in her church and community of Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Her husband, Greg, is owner and president of Solution Partners. Greg and Beth have two children, Kyle and Ashley.
